    Absolute rubbish, they took my my payment for the food without the order going through. We waited for the food and realised it wasn’t coming. We phoned them up where they told us we had to reorder and pay AGAIN. We’ve got to email head office for a refund which we won’t get for a week. The order then came an hour late with all the wrong things. When I phoned them to let them know they were completely rude and hung up the phone on me. Wouldn’t ever order from here again.

    Awful service. They have a deal going on for half price pizzas. £. per XXL Pizza. Ordered online and arrived in store to collect it, only to find they are refusing to honour their deal and despite the sign saying "ANY XXL Pizza for £." I was told I cannot have that deal and had to pay £. per pizza. Not happy and will never buy from there again. No easy way of making a complaint.

    I was sent the wrong item (not a big issue, I just threw it away, it happens), I made a very light hearted complaint (which I have a record of) and left it at that not wanting to mess around with refunds ect. The next time my partner rang to place an order she was subjected to a load of abuse from a man telling her that ' her husband was annoying', how 'People like us shouldn't complain' and this was 'the worse thing to ever happen to his store' and his drivers were not lying (although my complaint had nothing to do with any drivers). At this point my partner pretty intimidated as the man clearly knew our address and had linked our social media to to our phone number, ended the call.This was very strange as the complaint was so small and polite, to get this level of aggression towards a customer from this man who we assume was the owner was a huge over reaction.This store seems to be under poor management, we will be sticking to Pizza Hut, Dominos and Pizza Town.
